Main Street Activities in Rawlins: Trick or Treat on Cedar Street with 300 participants. “Olde Tyme Christmas” and Santa downtown. Promote a “Balanced Life” wellness challenge. Educational Walking Tour. Held Clearance Sale downtown. One staff and two board went to national convention. Designed Rawlins Main Street Park. Spent $15,000 on beautification projects. Coordinated Design Institute and Pronghorn Pride Fest. Designed shopping/dining guide, newsleter.
