Main Street Advisory Board and Staff

Advisory Board

The Wyoming Main Street Advisory Board is composed of seven Governor-appointed members, each bringing their own cache of knowledge and experience in downtown revitalization.

Jim Davis is the Chair of the Advisory Board. He is the Director of Administrative Services for the city of Evanston, where he and his wife own an interior decorating and gift business in the historic downtown.

Sherri Mullinix is Vice-Chair of the Advisory Board and a former mayor of Douglas. She is a small business owner for 28 years and currently the planning technician for the City of Douglas Community Development Department.

Stacey Reichardt is the Secretary of the Advisory Board. She is the owner/operator of Ninth Street Café and Daylight Donuts in downtown Wheatland, where she is involved in many local economic development and revitalization efforts.

Randall Hein is an Advisory Board member. He has architectural experience nation-wide that he has now brought home to Wyoming. He is the Principal Architect at his firm, Randall W. Hein Architects, in Casper.

Nema A. Martin is an Advisory Board member. She is active in her community of Rock Springs through her position with Wells Fargo Bank.

John Nickle is an Advisory Board member. He is the President of the Pryor Mountain Wild Mustang Center, a former mayor of Lovell and former President of the Wyoming Association of Municipalities.

Bill Hankins is the newest member of the Main Street Advisory Board. He is the owner of the Rose Cottage book and gift store in downtown Worland.
